1. Consent to Receive SMS Messages

Text messages are sent only to individuals who have voluntarily provided their mobile phone number and affirmatively agreed to receive SMS communications through our website, intake forms, or other written consent methods.

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving dental care or other services from Revive Dentistry.

Information collected during the SMS opt-in process, including your phone number and communication preferences, will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

2. Types of SMS Communications

If you choose to receive SMS messages from Revive Dentistry, communications may include:

  • Appointment confirmations
  • Appointment reminders
  • Scheduling updates or changes
  • Office closures or important service notifications
  • Follow-up care reminders related to your recent visit

We do not send promotional marketing text messages without separate explicit consent.

3. Message Frequency

The number of messages you receive may vary depending on your appointment activity and communication preferences. Patients typically receive no more than three (3) messages per week.

4. Standard Messaging Disclosures

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message.

For assistance, reply HELP or contact us directly at (331) 299-1310.

For more information about how we handle personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information transmitted through SMS communications. However, text messaging is not a fully secure method of communication. Patients should avoid sending sensitive health or financial information via SMS.

6. Changes to SMS Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
